Terms and Conditions
1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Notice Period: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made 48-72 hours before the appointment.
• Rescheduling Limit: Only one rescheduling request is allowed per booking, as changes impact our schedule with other clients. Moving dates is subject to availability and not guaranteed.
• Reservation Risk: If a new date cannot be agreed upon, you risk losing your original reservation
2. Estimates & Pricing
• Quote Validity: All moving estimates are valid for 5 days only. After this period, the slot will be released to other interested clients.
• Transparent Pricing: The agreed-upon quote is final with no hidden fees.
• Payment Terms: Full payment is due immediately upon completion. We accept credit cards, invoices, Venmo, and checks (no credit or installments).
3. Damage & Liability
• Protection: We use protective materials, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage to furniture or property.
• Specialized Furniture: Basic bed assembly is included. However, we are not responsible for the structural integrity of particle board or MDF (flat-pack) furniture, as these materials are fragile.
Note: Bunk beds, trundle beds, or complex double-bed structures require additional time and labor, and will incur a separate extra fee. 💴 $$
• Wall Installations & Mounting: For liability and safety reasons, our team is not permitted to drill or install items into walls (e.g., anchoring bookshelves, mounting TVs, or hanging mirrors).
