Terms and Conditions
1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Notice Period: To maintain our quality of service, any cancellation or rescheduling request must be submitted at least 24 to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
• Availability Constraints: Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is strictly subject to availability. If your preferred new date is already booked, we will be unable to move your service to that time slot.
• Reservation Risk: Please be advised that if a mutually agreeable date cannot be found, you may risk losing your original reservation. We prioritize our existing schedule to ensure no disruption to other confirmed appointments.
2. Damage & Liability
• Protection: While we provide protective materials (moving blankets, plastic wrap, and tape), the company shall not be held liable for any pre-existing damage to furniture or property structures.
• Specialized Furniture: Basic assembly and disassembly of beds are included. However, we are not responsible for the structural integrity of furniture made of particle board or MDF (e.g., flat-pack/fragile-style furniture), as these materials are not engineered for frequent transit or reassembly.
3. Payment Policy
• Transparent Pricing: The agreed-upon quote (plus any previously disclosed adjustments) is the final price. There are no hidden fees.
• Payment Terms: Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. We do not offer credit, installments, or deferred billing options. We accept, credit card, invoice, Venmo, and Checks.
